Recover a license

Lost your access code? We keep it as a one-way hash, so nobody can read the original back to you, us included. If another Mac still has Notel activated, your code is sitting in its Keychain and you can copy it straight out: the recovery guide shows you where to look. If no Mac still has it, get in touch and we will confirm your purchase and put you right.

Write from the address you bought Notel with if you still have it. It also helps to say roughly when you bought Notel and, if you kept it, the reference from your Stripe receipt.
